Mortgage Document Checklist

The following is a general list of items needed to optimize the speed of your mortgage application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our staff for assistance.

General Documents:

• Social Security Number(s)
• Driver's License or Passport/Work Visa/Green Card
• Pay stubs for the last 30 days
• Last 2 years W-2's
• Bank and asset statements for last 2 months (all pages)
• Tax retuns for last 2 years

If self-employed:

• Last 2 years of personal and corporate tax returns
• Current year profit and loss statement

For Purchases:

• Executed copy of purchase contract
• Proof of escrow deposit
• Proof of down payment and closing costs in personal account for a minimum of 60 days
• Condo association information (name, address, phone number, etc.)

For Refinance:

• Current mortgage statement
• Current tax bill
• Condo association information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
• Current condo maintenance bill
